Founded in 2017, Bolton Landing Brewing Company is a family-owned microbrewery located in the town of Bolton Landing, NY. President Brendan Murnane always had his heart set on living in Lake George. In 2016, Brendan and his father, John Murnane, decided to partner up to open the Bolton Landing Brewing Company. The brewery taps into the Adirondack Region’s legacy of pioneering great American beer, which dates back over 200 years. All of their beer is brewed on-site in a state-of-the-art 7-barrel brewhouse, which can be seen from the taproom.

For this upcoming sampling, we will be featuring:

First Resort: 5% ABV

First Resort is a traditional German Kölsch brewed with a combination of German Pilsen and pale malts, and a chef’s kiss of German hops. This summer session beer has a very low bitterness, it’s crisp and clear, with distinct fruit esters on the finish. It’s the perfect summer poolside partner.

Loganberry Sour Ale: 7.5% ABV

Loganberry Sour is a shoutout to the best fans in football history, the Buffalo Bills and Bills Mafia. We dosed this one with the original Crystal Beach Loganberry concentrate, used in making the classic Buffalo juice drink, and added hundreds of pounds of blackberry and sweet red raspberry. It’s tart, fruity, and crushable – like a folding table. Go Bills!

Tight Squeeze IPA:  6.8% ABV

Hops: Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka  A truly hazy, juicy New England-style IPA, dominated by tropical fruit flavors and white grape with aromas of citrus fruit and mild hop sweetness.
